Important - get the size right.
Waist size in cm, measured against the body.
Measure yourself as follows:
Please measure your waist against your skin (not over a shirt, skirt or trousers). Take the measurement at the point where your waistband normally sits.
You can then establish your stoma-belt size from the measurement table.
